NZ urban orders arrive in 2–4 business days; rural can take 3–6. Australia is 5–10 business days.

You have 30 days from delivery to return items a full refund if you decide it's not for you.
For change-of-mind returns it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. For faulty items if needed, are returned free of charge.
