NZ urban orders arrive in 2–4 business days; rural can take 3–6. Australia is 5–10 business days.
We currently ship across New Zealand and to Australia. More regions are coming soon.
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.
For change-of-mind returns we provide a prepaid label; the cost is deducted from your refund. Faulty items are returned free of charge.
