If Calm Companion™ isn't earning its spot in your pocket, we can help, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and your request is made within 30 days of purchase.

• Reason for return

Our team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide next steps.

If your return is approved, make sure your full name and order number are clearly included on or inside the parcel, so we can identify your return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery

Once we've received and inspected your item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note our money back guarantee applies to purchases made on calmcompanion.co only, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Arrived Faulty or Damaged?

If your Calm Companion™ arrives faulty or damaged, get in touch straight away at hello@calmcompanion.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort a replacement or full refund, and you won't be out of pocket for return shipping.

New Zealand

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Rural addresses may take a little longer, so please allow extra time if you're outside a main centre.

Australia

Once dispatched, please allow around 7 days for delivery.

Rest of the World

Once dispatched, international orders can take up to 8 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local customs processing.
